THEME FOR THE YEAR, 2017: RETRACING OUR STEPS
TEXT: LUKE 24:33

Everybody has a root/foundation. The day we gave our lives to Christ marks the dawn of a new beginning in our lives. Then, the passion for evangelism, serving in His vineyard, studying and meditating His word was burning greatly in us but as we move on with life, the passion keeps diminishing, we began giving excuses. This year God is ready to manifest greatly in our lives as individuals and as a fellowship, but one thing is require of us and that is to “Retrace Our Steps” by going back to our first love when we gave our lives to Christ.

WHY WE NEED TO RETRACE OUR STEPS?
We keep complaining bitterly every day and yet we daily draw back from He who has the solution. We need to retrace our steps because when we do;
Our lives shall be filled with Joy. Jeremiah 31:4
The Lord will establish His covenant in our lives. Jeremiah 31:31
We shall experience His peace. Luke 24:36
God’s provision is certain. Matthew 6:33
We shall enjoy eternal life. Revelation 2:10c
